Frequently Asked Questions
How do I create a FinansZ account?
To create a FinansZ account, you can fill out the demo request form on finansz.com or contact us at info@paynion.com. After your request is reviewed and approved by our team, your sign-in credentials will be sent to your email address. You can then use these credentials to sign in to the mobile app, which you can download from the App Store or Google Play.
I forgot my password, how do I reset it?
Use the "Forgot Password" link on the sign-in screen. You can set a new password through the link sent to your registered email address. If you don't receive the email, please check your spam folder or contact us.
Two-factor authentication (2FA) isn't working, what should I do?
If the verification code doesn't arrive, first make sure your phone has network coverage. If the issue persists, use the "Change method" option to switch to an alternative verification method, or contact us at info@paynion.com.
How do I manage my subscription?
You can use the account settings page on finansz.com for subscription plans, billing and plan changes. In the mobile app you can only view your subscription; payment management is handled through the web.
Is my data secure?
All data is encrypted in transit with TLS and stored on our servers in compliance with KVKK and GDPR. Your payment information is processed through our PCI-DSS compliant payment provider; you can find more details in our Privacy Policy.
Reporting Bugs
You can report any issues you encounter in the app to info@paynion.com. Sharing the following details helps us resolve issues faster:
- Device model and operating system version (e.g. iPhone 14 - iOS 17.4)
- FinansZ app version (visible under Settings > About)
- Steps to reproduce the issue and, if possible, a screenshot or recording
- Full text or code of any error message
Account Deletion
To delete your account, send a request from your registered email address to info@paynion.com. Adding "Account Deletion Request" to the subject line is sufficient.
Your request will be processed within 7 business days at the latest. When your account is deleted, your personal data is permanently removed from our systems in compliance with KVKK and GDPR; only financial records that we are legally required to retain are archived for the period specified by applicable regulations.
